This page will help you put your parking lot management issues to bed and give you peace of mind. How? We’ll explain step-by-step how your residents can complete an online registration and approval process so you can get started on managing your lot efficiently.
Before the registration and approval process begins, each resident will be assigned a location passcode, which is determined based on the orientation from their property manager.
Once the passcode is assigned, each resident may then submit their vehicle applications online using our software. This easy-to-use online registration process helps property managers and associations organize the resident’s details including vehicle information and corresponding online paperwork for approval.
The registration system allows a resident to submit their driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance for each vehicle they wish to register. On the flip side, the admin or property manager may easily manage their resident or visitor parking permits all online.
