Before the registration and approval process begins, each resident will be assigned a location passcode, which is determined based on the orientation from their property manager.
Once the passcode is assigned, each resident may then submit their vehicle applications online using our software. This easy-to-use online registration process helps property managers and associations organize the resident’s details including vehicle information and corresponding online paperwork for approval.
The registration system allows a resident to submit their driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance for each vehicle they wish to register. On the flip side, the admin or property manager may easily manage their resident or visitor parking permits all online.
Allows the admin, property manager or association to review pertinent documentation for each vehicle that a resident would like to have approved.
Knowing that all vehicles belong to authorized users adds a level of security and comfort. Admins can individually select the vehicles that they wish to approve based on the uploaded paperwork.
